A CHALLENGE FOR ALL PRAYING PERSONS
(THIS CHALLENGE PERTAINS TO STEP #2):
AFTER your wonderful prayer-time with your Lord and Savior in which you have received an abundance of hope and inspiration and for which you have praised and thanked Him with tears of joy, are you now ready to go skipping off to your busy-ness of the day?
Well, don't!!
Don't skip!!
STEP #2 IS THE CRITICAL STEP !!
Look around you - the devil is perching there just waiting to get back in with a vengeance!!
Don't think he will just go away: he won't!
Don't think he will get bored if you ignore him: he won't!
He's ready and waiting, and he's mad!
Your next negative thought will prove it!
You have dealt him such a death blow, but he ain't dead yet: he wants to rob you of every last bit of your communion with your heavenly Father and all he needs is your permission. Or, your acquiescence. Your cockiness, assuming that you've done all you need to do.
YOU NEED TO BELIEVE !! . And Believe!! . and believe. Turn every argument of the devil around into a "What Jesus would say" retort until you KNOW you've got him!! . Don't hesitate to check back over your thinking every now and again. Don't get fearful or obsessive - that's Unbelief! . Be vigilant to the end of the error, and you . will . win!
